We played The Skylark Cafe in West Seattle Thursday night with X-Ray Press and The Liar's Club.  Both of them are really good bands - you should check them out some time.

The Skylark's a cool club right off the West Seattle bridge.  The stage and sound were great, people were really nice, they have good food (ask Chris about the Ghetto Platter) and... it was $2 Tallboy night.  Rainier or Miller High Life.  It felt just like home... or at least the Jam Box. We even got Ellen, Rick and his brother Glenn to come over to the Tallboy dark side, for one night at least.  Ellen put hers aside long enough to take some videos and some pictures, though. And, yes, Matt really does have a head.  It's just hidden behind his crash.

We had a little extra time since we were too dang efficient knocking out the rock early in the set.  So we extended Layman's a little in the middle and added Easy at the end (even though it was our sound check song). Also got a video of Force of Nature (or the chicka, chicka song) for the first time, but the memory card filled up, so it's only a partial.
